In this context, monitoring fauna<\/strong> in Instituto L\u00edbio\u2019s reserves becomes a strategic conservation tool<\/strong>. Through camera traps<\/strong> and active search techniques<\/strong>, the project continuously tracks species presence<\/strong>, frequency<\/strong>, and behavior<\/strong>. These records help assess protected area effectiveness<\/strong>, identify emerging threats<\/strong>, and guide management strategies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Beyond protection, Olhos da Mata<\/strong> contributes to scientific research<\/strong>, strengthened reserve management<\/strong>, and environmental education<\/strong> \u2014 mapping the richness of species<\/strong> and supporting long-term conservation planning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
