An initiative of Instituto Líbio, De Olho na Natureza connects students and teachers to the reality of Brazilian wildlife, awakening awareness about conservation, climate change, and the fight against animal trafficking.

The project carries out educational activities that engage children, teenagers, and teachers in understanding the importance of biodiversity and the threats of wildlife trade.

Between 2022 and 2024, it reached over 3,200 students and 180 educators, with 92% of participants reporting a positive shift in perception about wildlife trafficking. The goal: to inspire knowledge, critical thinking, and belonging, connecting new generations to the protection of their ecosystems.

The Instituto Líbio is part of the global Roots & Shoots network, founded by Dr. Jane Goodall and present in over 50 countries.
This alliance connects local initiatives to an international movement dedicated to environmental and social solutions.
